Mark is an associate at Stack & O’Connor Chartered.  His practice is focused on civil litigation as well as regulatory investigations and formal proceedings before boards and commissions.  While in law school, Mark won 1st place at the DePaul College of Law Intramural Appellate Moot Court Competition.  Thereafter he became a member and Vice President of the DePaul National Appellate Moot Court Society, competing in several national tournaments.  In addition, he was recognized for outstanding academic achievement with various awards, including two CALI awards for earning the highest grade in those respective courses.  Also while in law school, Mark gained a variety of legal experience working in the Chambers’ of the Honorable Judge William Bauer of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, as well as at the United States Attorneys’ Office for the Northern District of Illinois, and the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region Five.
